What is Permanent Placement?
Permanent Placement (also known as Direct Hire) means hiring a candidate as a full-time employee and onboarding them onto your payroll and benefits. Contrary to popular belief, these positions are no more “stable” or “less risky” than contract opportunities, specifically in regards to Right to Work states.
