Born in Rio de Janeiro, Levi brings a perspective to BlueWave that is genuinely one-of-a-kind. Fluent in Portuguese, with deep expertise in aerospace and a serious background in music, he’s a creative problem-solver who lights up when things get complicated. Levi approaches staffing the way a musician approaches a tough song: with patience, creativity, and a determination to make it work.
What is your BlueWave? Standing on a stage playing music while a packed room sings every word back at him. Making his son and wife proud. That’s the feeling he’s chasing.
I love solving difficult problems and finding practical ways to move things forward. For me, the best work happens when challenges turn into opportunities.
