The Faces Behind BlueWave

Karli is a Winter Park native who joined us as an intern in BlueWave’s early days and thankfully came back as a Senior Recruiter — because some waves are worth catching twice. Now based in Iowa and confidently in her staffing career, she specializes in engineering recruiting and has the hardware to prove it: she’s a Hard to Fill Hero Wavie award winner who has tackled some seriously tough accounts. Bubbly, kind, and caring, Karli is the recruiter who genuinely wants to know your goals, your dreams, and what gets you out of bed in the morning. Outside the office, you’ll find her at the golf course, poolside, or out on the lake with her fiancé and family.

Blue Wave: Cabin on the lake — coffee on the front porch with the birds, a sunny boat day with the people she loves, grilling in the evening, fire pit until the wee hours. Then waking up and doing the whole beautiful thing all over again.
