Ethan is a UCF Entertainment Management grad who spent four years in entertainment production before making the pivot to recruiting — and it turns out, the skills transfer beautifully. In his first year he placed 30+ people into new roles, all while maintaining the kind of clear, honest communication that makes the whole process feel less like a job search and more like a partnership.
