Requirements Gathering

Meet with client, hiring manager and HR to get the specifics of the role and company culture.

Sourcing

BlueWave invests in cutting edge technology for sourcing and screening. This technology investment saves valuable time, reaching passive candidates quickly. We use the top tools and some you probably didn’t know existed.

Screening and Qualifying

Phone interviews, technical testing and a deep dive into a candidate’s strengths and career ambitions, ensuring that they complement the company’s needs and overall culture.

Face to Face Interview

You will never get a candidate from BlueWave that we haven’t met in person or through a video interview. Nothing will ever replace talking to someone face-to-face. This is a crucial part of our process.

Reference Checks

Many companies say they do this but don’t. For BlueWave this is an essential step. We’re not calling best friends from college. We require at least two of the candidate’s three references be former managers.

Candidate Delivery, Interview Coordination and Offer

We present you with a candidate package that is more than just a resume. We dig deep into top technical strengths, career goals, and more, so you get a complete summary of the candidate. We also coordinate and confirm all interviews, as well as present and negotiate offers.

Post-Hire Follow-Up

We talk with our permanent placements and contractors after their first day, first week, and then check in monthly. We’re constantly confirming we made the right match and providing support to help increase retention.
