The Faces Behind BlueWave

Kyle’s BlueWave story has a great origin: he came in as a candidate interviewing for one of our clients — and found his perfect career match right here at BlueWave. That was the beginning of a run that’s included being named the company’s first-ever Senior Recruiter, four (and counting) President’s Club contests, and a Master’s degree in Marketing Communication from Ohio State. A true adventurer, Kyle has hit five of the seven continents and is actively plotting the remaining two. He brings that same curiosity and openness to recruiting — because understanding who someone is matters just as much as what’s on their resume.
