The Faces Behind BlueWave

Connor is a Rollins College grad who started in staffing in May 2019 as a Recruiter and has since earned every step up: Professional Recruiter, Lead Recruiter, and now Recruiting Manager at BlueWave– with four President’s Club wins along the way. His experience covers technology, healthcare, accounting/finance, marketing, project management, and skilled labor/engineering, which means he’s probably seen whatever you’re hiring for. Guided by integrity, empathy, and dependability, Connor is dedicated to a team culture where people genuinely care. Outside work, he’s home with his wife and dog, Blaze, who has absolutely no complaints.
