Cassandra graduated from UCF and started her recruiting career at BlueWave. She quickly worked her way into a leadership position and now acts as the Recruiting Manager for the internal team. During her time at BlueWave, Cassandra has learned how to identify strong technology talent, as well as built lasting relationships at local community events, including Orlando Devs & Project Orlando.
