I can only assume they did their best.I received a call from a recruiter and stated job oppeninig that was pretty pefrect.After amny corespondance and a little coaching I assume they placed my resume for me. This all occured within a week... Monday morning I got a call from the recruiter stating they company en with an outside applicant, sigh. I really need a job.The recruiter offered to keep me in mind for the position i stated and I am hopping for the best. I appreciate the cofidence the recruiter gave me as we spoke on the phone.

I was a little weary at first working with a third party recruiter after hearing stories from other people. But I have to say working with BlueWave has completely changed my opinion. It was the best interview experience I've ever had. I worked with Arianna and Joey who are awesome. I felt like they were fully engaged and committed to see me to succeed.

Arianna reached out to me for a role she thought I would be a good fit for. She (and the rest of the team) were incredibly professional, helpful and communicative. They were there to help me prepare for interviews, they took the time to understand my background and what I was looking for in a new role, and made the entire process of shifting jobs both comfortable and exciting.In the end, it took less than two weeks to complete the interview processes and secure a job offer. I'm confident that I wouldn't be able to move as quickly or find a role that is as good of a fit as this is without their help!

I can only assume they did their best.I received a call from a recruiter and stated job oppeninig that was pretty pefrect.After amny corespondance and a little coaching I assume they placed my resume for me. This all occured within a week... Monday morning I got a call from the recruiter stating they company en with an outside applicant, sigh. I really need a job.The recruiter offered to keep me in mind for the position i stated and I am hopping for the best. I appreciate the cofidence the recruiter gave me as we spoke on the phone.
